1125L AIRCRAFT DRINKING WATER BOWSER

CHASSIS: The GB highway tow aviation water bowser chassis is constructed from 100 x 50 RSC and 5mm steel fully welded with front standing plate and an ‘A’ frame drawbar. Hot dip galvanised. AXLE/SUSPENSION: Single axle Knott-Avonride 3000kg torsion beam axle fitted with 300 x 60 auto reverse brakes. Twin axle options available upon request. WHEELS AND TYRES: 2 no. 235 /85 x 16 x 12 ply radial tyres on 5 stud 61/2” pcd rims. COUPLING: Knott-Avonride 3000kg posibrake over run auto reverse c/w spring assisted handbrake lever, breakaway cable & 40mm ring eye or 50mm ball. ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT: Polyethylene moulded mudguards, mud flaps, serrated telescopic front jockey wheel, Side reflectors, front markers, full road lighting c/w 13 pin plug. 2 x Advertisement boards, rear bumper, heating system with cladding, rear hose reel, amber beacon, break away couplings fitted on brewers hose. OUTER BUND TANK: The water bowsers tank in drinking water blue is fully DWI approved and is constructed with a anti surge baffle. The tank also has a quarter turn sealed and vented accessible manlid that has a lockable external outer lid. The tank also has a 3/4″ drain (can also be fitted with 2″ drain upon request). The tank is also fitted with a 110Volt 1000-Watt Stainless steel immersion heater. This water bowsers tank is secured to the chassis by 2 stainless steel straps. PUMP: Diesel Yanmar L70 engine powering a Centrifugal Brass bodied pump, pedestal mounted via belt and pulley, all secured in a galvanised steel belt guard. FINISH: For drinking water only, blue tanks are available with WRAS approval, other water tank colours available if not drinking water. Trailer chassis finished in galvanised steel and can be painted with any RAL or BS number paint.
