Otter Notebook by Perkins and Morley

This beautiful Otter Notebook – featuring Jan Morley’s illustration against a light blue background – is a Perkins and Morley classic.  This collaborative duo have been working together for decades, paving the way for other entrepreneurs and championining British design and manufacture. Otters were once a common sight in British rivers but suffered a decline in the 1970s due to the pesticides then used in farming.  These have now been withdrawn and the otter is making a remarkable come back.  That said, they’re secretive and swim low in the water so are hard to spot!
